Which came first - boating or boatbuilding?
Just curious about those on the forum,
were you a boater/paddler first or woodworker?
Personally I've been woodworking for years and only recently took up kayaking (with a plastic kayak) and I thought I could make one of these.
Still some way to go with my build though.

Boating. I just could't believe it would be possible to build such beautiful craft that work so well. I hate plastic!

boater! Had a friend who built a Fyne Boat Kit stem dinghy 3 or 4 years ago and psyched myself myself up ovefr a couple of years before going for it
