Our workshop will be closed for staff holidays from Monday 10th to Friday 21st August 2015. This means that kit orders and other large items will not be dispatched during this time. To avoid a delay in receiving your order, be sure to give us enough time to dispatch it by Friday 7th August or sooner (see the estimated dispatch time listed for each item on our website).
You can still place an order online while we are closed; your payment will be processed automatically by the bank and we will dispatch small in-stock items as usual. We will begin dispatching other items on Monday 24th August.
Our phone lines will still be open during the shut-down, but we will have fewer staff available and will be working reduced hours so please be patient if you can't get hold of us straight away. The most urgent building support emails will be answered when staff are available, but non-urgent enquiries might not get a response until we are all back.
