Footbrace mounting kits

I have seen a footbrace mounting kit on the US CLC site which comprise a set of threaded studs for internal mounting of the footbraces for kayaks; using these avoids the need to drill thorugh the hull.

Will Fyne Boat kits be making these available?

Re: Footbrace mounting kits

We have no plan to make these available at present.  You can easily make your own using your current screws and bulklheads.

Cut an oblong piece out about 200mm by 60mm and drill a hole for the screw and glue it in.  Glue the oblong pad in and glass arouond it with any offcuts to to securely bond it in place.
