Plastic that does not stick to epoxy resin

Hello everyone !
We've just bought a 9' nesting dinghy so this is the first question of probably many.

I am now watching many vids on youtube of construction which are most  helpful, and I have seen people covering a wet epoxy joint with a type of plastic cover over it and then pile weights on top  to compress and hold it, and then cleanly remove the plastic afterwards i.e. it doesn't stick to the epoxy.
What plastic sheets do people use please? I don't want to compress my first joint and find I have used a type of plastic that sticks to epoxy.

Many thanks
Martin

p.s. I will endeavour to include images as I go through the build.
