Shearwater Sport - waterline

I'm building my first kayak, a Shearwater Sport, and I would like to paint the bottom. I haven't figured out where to draw the waterline along the hull. Does anyone have a drawing or instruction how to do this? I realize I can put the kayak in the water to see how it floats but I think a drawing would make it easier.

Is the water line not shown on the plans? Normally shown on the main overview plan, if I am not mistaken.
